Our 9th annual “Tri*Star-Karz for Kidz” benefit and fundraising Car, Bike, and Gearhead show that benefits the Children’s Aid Home of Western Pennsylvania will take place on Friday, May 23rd, 2025 in the pits, and on the track at historic Jennerstown Speedway.

2024’s show produced a packed house of over 1,000 Show Cars, nearly 200 Motorcycles and several thousand spectators visiting the show throughout the 3-7 time frame!

Highlights and special guests of this year’s show will once again include the “Jim Senkewitz Drag Racing Exhibit” that will feature an appearance by NHRA Legend and Champion BRUCE LARSON! Bruce will have his nitromethane-burning Camaro Funny Car on display. He will also provide fans with a cackle exhibition! Other Drag Racing guests confirmed at this time include NHRA Factory-X Star Lenny Lottig who will have his “Grumpy” Jenkins tribute Camaro on display. NHRA Hemi-Challenge competitor Stephen Yantus will be here with his Barracuda along with a host of other regional Drag Racing stars as well. (Stay tuned for other special guests!)

“The Right Coast Gassers” have also confirmed their attendance, featuring the likes of Len Beal, Rich Shephard, Bill Shephard, Dave Steele, plus others, driving their ground pounding straight axles from their homes in Western Maryland and West Virginia.

Scott Cook’s “Skooterville” Bike Show will again be a part of “Karz for Kidz,” welcoming Bikers form throughout the region. Special guests include Nationally recognized Motorcycle designer, builder, and fabricator, R.J. Powell from Morgantown, WV. Respected Hot Rod, Bike Builder and fabricator, Duke Miller from Old Skool Tattoos will also be in attendance. A $300. Highland Harley-Davidson (Somerset, Pa & Cumberland, Md) gift card will up for grabs to Bike attendees, courtesy of Skooterville.)

Tri*Star-Karz for Kidz proudly welcomes the entire class of the Berlin Brothersvalley School District Tech-Ed program. These students have designed and scratch-built a customized mini-trike that will be part of the Karz for Kidz benefit auction!

Live music courtesy of one of the area’s favorite dance and party bands, “HY-5!” There will be a great assortment of prize raffle items to purchase chances on. Any remaining tickets for the completely restored, fully operational Vendo-V39 vintage Coca-Cola Machine will be available for purchase, with the winning ticket being pulled at 7pm. The always entertaining auction occur at approx. 6:30. Delicious concessions will be available for purchase, with the addition of a soft-drink only concession area, in an effort to speed up service. Additional restroom facilities will be brought in to try and alleviate people-traffic in the Jennerstown pit bathrooms.

Admission: A generous monetary donation of your affordability is graciously requested. ALL proceeds raised via this event will be presented to the Children’s Aid Home Programs, which has and continues to serve, and care for children and families throughout Western and Central Pennsylvania.
